Bella Vivere: The apartments of  Bella Vivere are not your normal apartment setting. We have taken the multi-family housing product to an all-new level.  Bella Vivere is a community within a community offering a collection of carefully appointed one, two and three-bedroom units.  Each unit will have a spectacular view of either our Main Street; the Promenade; or our very own Villaggio Del Lago (Lake Villaggio).  We will offer 184 units initially with an unlimited ability for expansion to meet the growing needs of a city posturing for the future.  Visit our apartment site for more information.

Casa Bella:

Set in the heart of Villaggio with spectacular views of Villaggio Del Lago and Main Street, Casa Bella is an intimate collection of one or two bedroom apartments.  These apartments are like none other; we have developed a unique 3-Story secured living area with access available only to the owners of Casa Bella.

The first level of Casa Bella will feature an “Internal Street”.  This “Internal Street” is open to the sky and was designed and furnished as an intimate Italian Street with accessibility only to the owners of Casa Bella.  

For a finishing touch, we have designed the second and third level  to have balconies and windows looking over into the “Internal Street”.   Again, wrought-iron gates will limit access to only the owners of Casa Bella.
