VILLAGGIO:
A NEW APPROACH WITH OLD WORLD CHARM

The prestigious area of North Bossier City provides a
picturesque foreground for Villaggio – the most unique
life-style location in Louisiana. A majestic 64 acre
community reminiscent of an Italian town square, Villaggio
incorporates the rich traditions of Italian living in its
architecture, streetscapes, sidewalk cafes, residences and
shopping.
Villaggio offers an unparalleled blend of
specialty retail, dining, office; single and multi-family
residential living where families and residents can stroll,
dine, work, play and be entertained –without leaving the
community. With the addition of offices and condominiums,
business people and families alike can now mix business with
pleasure. We will balance safety, cutting edge design and
features, and a positive atmosphere for all who choose to live,
work or play at VILLAGGIO.

WHO IS VILLAGGIO'S DEVELOPER:
The Good Companies,
headquartered in Texarkana, Texas is a real estate development
company engaged in development, ownership, management, leasing
and construction of mixed-use retail, residential lifestyle
developments and retail shopping centers. Led by founder and
principal, John Good, Jr., the Company is currently developing
Villaggio – a 64 acre community located on Highway 80 and I-20
in fast growing North Bossier City, Louisiana.
Artfully designed to recreate a Tuscan village, the
project will house 230 apartments, 55,000 square feet of prime
retail, office/commercial space and upscale private townhomes
overlooking a 6- acre lake.
The Good Companies
signature projects include
Stonebridge –
an upscale 330 acre community development home to Louisiana’s
first PGA professionally designed Fred Couple’s 18 hole golf
course. Stonebridge
is home to 320 home sites totaling over $30 million in real
estate sales.
In 2000, John Good’s
Riverwalk Entertainment, LLC, was designated by the City of
Bossier as the Master Developer of
Louisiana Boardwalk
– the $190 million outlet and entertainment center located on
the banks of the Red River in Bossier City.
The projects opening in May, 2005, set national sales
records for the majority of the outlets and is currently 97%
leased.
Similar to the unique
Stonebridge development and the Louisiana Boardwalk, Villaggio
utilizes architectural styles and functionality not seen in the
region – an emerging trademark of The Good Companies.
